Rise and Shine Yoga
Level: Beginner/All
Yoga has traditionally been practiced at dawn and the sun salutation is the perfect way to greet each new day. Wake up with yoga as you gently warm up your body. Each class starts on the mat with floor routines that open your body with gentle stretches and breathing exercises. Strengthening routines wake up your joints and glands. Standing routines help you find your footing for the day, and balance poses build renewed confidence. Start your work day ready to take on your challenges.
A.M. Yoga
Level: Beginner/All
Many of us start the day by self-medicating with caffeine and sugary food. What if you could nourish yourself physically, mentally and spiritually instead and have fun doing it? Begin your morning with a yoga routine that builds strength, flexibility, and relaxation. You will learn how to take the principles of yoga "off the yoga mat" and into your daily life. When you practice staying in the moment in a yoga posture, you can apply it to any circumstance you may encounter throughout your day.
Lunch Express Yoga (45 minutes)
Level: Beginner/All
Add zest to your workday afternoon. Get in and out on your lunch hour (we recommend not eating for at least two hours prior to any class). Better than another cup of coffee, you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalized. When you return to work, you will notice improved productivity, reduced stress, and vigor like you never had before. The best way to get ahead in life!
Yoga for Athletes and Martial Artists
Level: Beginner/All; physically fit
Athletes and Martial Artists are used to punishing regimens. Yoga is great for cross training and can also be done on a rest day. Transition from the weekend into the start of the week with a class that gives individual attention to the specific training and motivational needs of athletes and martial artists. Warmups and posture routines promote flexibility of torso, shoulder, and hips. Strengthening and stretching routines aid in stability and protection of joints. Slow, deep breathing and mental exercises help participants with training goals and encourage self care. Disciplined focus and awareness tools access inner resources and produce profound calm. Yoga is the fastest growing sport in America because it is fun and gives results. Be a part of the excitement!
Beginners/Basic Yoga
Level: Beginner/All
We are all beginners! Come to polish up or learn for the first time. In this class, posture alignment principles and yoga concepts will be taught. Basic breathing exercises, foundational poses, posture flows, and deep relaxation will be explored in detail. Based on yoga principles of listening to and respecting what your body needs from moment to moment, you will be encouraged to develop compassion for your body and eliminate injuries in your practice.

Vinyasa yoga gives you a vigorous workout that only looks gentle. This is the yoga that Americans are crazy about! You will experience a challenging and dynamic class linking postures together with the breath. There is always attention to proper alignment and safety. Smooth movements produce a cardio workout that generates heat, stimulates circulation, and builds strength quickly and safely. Vinyasa combined with Hatha includes longer posture holds to build stamina and core strength. Expect long, lean muscles and perfect toning from the varied postures. Yoga may look easy, but this class will test you!
